With that in mind, we are going to try to walk you through our tour, picture by picture, word by word, of what we would normally tell you on a site tour. Here goes nothing!
Historic Stone Facade
Welcome to Flourtown Country Club! It’s more of a historic venue than a country club. With the gorgeous stone facade and impeccable landscaping, this venue lends itself to all types of events. One of our most unique features, that sets up a part from all other country clubs in the Philadelphia region is that we have an exlusive farm to table caterer, Seedling and Sage, that handles all of our events from sales through operations. This means that you can customize every element of your event! Whether you want the farm-chic vibe or a modern-luxe… we are here for you. Our talented planners work with you to pull your vision throughout the entire event.

Cocktail Area | Pre-Function Space
Upon entering the building, there is a coat room straight ahead, stairs to the right (leading to the bridal suite), and to the left is a large cocktail area space. When you enter that space, it is very bright with large windows. There is a gorgeous fireplace and mantle on the right, decorated with seasonal greens. You can use this space for anything you want. Many use it for guests cards or a farewell station. Straight ahead, is a very large built in bar. It is toally set up with a mirrored background, uplighting, candles, glasses, bottles. The floors are all hardwood. The bar had a white front facade, and wood top. This is the space used for your cocktail reception.

The Ballroom
From the pre-function space, you enter through French Doors to the Grand Ballroom. The ballroom seats up to 275-300 with a large dancefloor in the center. As you walk through the ballroom, the left wall is lined with windows. As you approach the back of the ballroom, this is actually an addition. It was cathedral ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and then doors that lead out to the deck. The deck is very large and overlooks the entire golf course. Stunning!

Styled Sweetheart Table
The styled sweetheart table is a unique part of our package that allows our couples to design an area really meaningful and photo-ready for their special day. We offer a recleaimed wood table, or a table with a linen. You can also style this area with slipper chairs, or our “something blue” sweetheart couch. Views From The Deck + Photo Ops
A photographer’s dream! Aside from the lush landscape of the golf course, there are also nooks all over the property to get amazing pictures.
If your cocktail hour is out on the deck, check out the beautiful oasis that sits as your natural backdrop.

Ceremony Spaces -Indoor and Outdoor
At Flourtown, we have several ceremony spaces, both indoor and out. One area sits at the top of our golf course. It is an intimate space this fits up to 150. Walj down a paved walkway, to say I DO. Your guests sits on white resin chairs on the grass. Couple stands on flagstone area. The second area is for ceremonies of 150 and more. This ceremony space sits on our black top and overlooks the course. We also use our ballroom for ceremony space, and then flip it during your cocktail area. Modern Farm To Table Cuisine
Our exclusive caterer Seedling + Sage Catering serves modern farm to table cuisine. We source the freshest and most seasonal ingredients for your menu, while also making it approachable for all of your guests. We are happy to provide alternatives for your vegan, GF, vegetarian, dairy-free guests (and more)! Because we are a scratch kitchen, it is easy for us to create this alternatives and make them tasty! Our presentations are colorful and creative. Check it out!

Our Team
Our team is passionate about events. We make people happy! We love planning weddings, galas, bar and bat mitzvahs, graduation parties and more. We cater events onsite here at Flourtown Country Club, but also in private homes, and at about 20+ different venues in the tri-state area. See our bio page for additional information on each member.
In addition, in the past year, we have been featured in several magazines. Our founders, Melissa and Laura, were featured in Philly Style in the Dynamic Women of the Year article. Our company was also featured in Modern Luxury Wedding Magazine for our overall style with both plating food and with overall aesthetics.

Booking A Holiday Event
