Last night, parents & students of Norwood Fontbonne Academy Graduating Class of 2024 gathered at Flourtown Country Club for a celebratory dinner to congratulate the 8th Grade NFA Graduates. Guests were greeted with an Artisan Cheese Board, Seasonal Veggie Couture, and the Signature Mediterranean Station by Seedling & Sage Catering.
Students enjoyed a buffet dinner with choices like Classic Caesar Salad, Mini Cheesesteaks, Chicken Fingers, French Fries, and Mac & Cheese Station. The Signature Drink was a Strawberry Acai Refresher with strawberry acai lemonade and sliced strawberries.
Parents were served a pre-set menu that started off with a Summer Salad with strawberries, toasted walnuts, feta, and a honey basil vinaigrette. The entree was a duo plate featuring Seedling & Sage’s famous Achiote Roasted Salmon served with papaya, grilled pineapple, & baby squash. As well as the Coffee & Cocoa Rubbed Filet Mignon in a green peppercorn demi-glaze. Vegetarians & Vegans were served the Vegan Buddha Bowl with seasonal vegetables, radishes, chickpeas, quinoa, sweet potatoes, & the gluten free Hippie Dippie Drizzle to top it off.
Guests ended the night with desserts like the Key Lime Pie Shooter, Strawberries & Cream Mini Cupcakes, and Salted Caramel Pretzel Mini Cupcakes as well as an Ice Cream Bar for students.
