Yes. Couples can host their ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at Flourtown Country Club, allowing the entire celebration to take place in one convenient location.
What is the backup plan for outdoor events?
Indoor and covered event spaces are available in case of inclement weather. Our team will work with you to create a backup plan that maintains the comfort and flow of your celebration.
What is included in an event package?
Package inclusions vary based on the type and size of your event. Depending on your selections, your package may include catering, bar service, staffing, rentals, setup, breakdown, and event coordination.
Is catering included, and can the menu be customized?
Flourtown Country Club offers exclusive farm-to-table catering by Seedling & Sage. Menus can be customized based on your event style, preferences, guest count, and budget.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies?
Yes. Our culinary team can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, allergy-related, and other dietary requests. Please share specific needs with your event coordinator during the planning process.
Is bar service available?
Yes. Customizable bar packages are available, including beer, wine, spirits, signature cocktails, welcome drinks, and other specialty enhancements.
Are rentals, staffing, and event coordination included?

Can we bring in our own vendors?
Yes. Clients may work with outside vendors, although certain services are provided exclusively in-house. All outside vendors must follow Flourtown Country Club’s policies and coordinate with the event team.
